Easy quiche recipe – gluten free & dairy free!
This quiche recipe is amazing! So easy to make and is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I make it once a week and it lasts us for three days!
This is a great way to get your kids to eat broccoli and cauliflower if they don’t eat them raw/steamed.
Prep time: 25 minutes
1 fresh cauliflower
3 crowns of fresh broccoli
4 Tb Organic Mayonaise
1 Tb baking powder
1 tsp sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt
Large deep bowl
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes and cut them randomly with a knife. Add eggs, mayo, baking powder and salt. Pour batter into a quiche baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until it gets golden colour. After it is done let it cool completely, otherwise it will fall apart. This recipe is wonderful to make in the morning and eat later for lunch or dinner.
Store in the fridge up to a week.
