What Do You Wish For When You Blow Your Birthday Candles? [ep-105]

Hey love,

Today I have a challenge for you.

I want you to give yourself permission to dive deeper into yourself.

I want you to ask yourself, “what do I wish for when I blow out my birthday candles?”

In other words, what do I REALLY want?

Here are some examples from my clients (and some of my own):

“I wish I could eat whatever I could and still feel and look great”

“I wish I had more spaciousness and peace of mind in my life”

“I wish I didn’t have to work so hard to lose the weight”

“I wish life was easier”

“I wish my husband desired me more”

“I want to have more fun”

“I wish I could dance again”

Now it’s your turn. Go deep and don’t hold back!

This is such an important piece when it comes to healing your relationship with your body, your health, your finances, your relationships with people, etc.

In order to truly heal yourself, you need to start with the truth and build up from there.

Choose yourself first, ALWAYS.

Because (and you already know this) you cannot pour from an empty cup.
