Hey mamas,
I know we have quite a few single-moms in the community and today I’m excited to introduce you to a recent friend of mine, Sue Decaro, who talks about her personal journey of healing after a divorce and navigating single-motherhood.
It’s about how to be alone but not lonely.
If this is relevant to you I think you’re going to dig this one!
I’ve met Sue at Dr. Shefali’s last event EVOLVE in October 2018 and even though we haven’t really talked much during the event, we stayed in touch online and I’m glad to finally share her wisdom with all of you guys.
Sue Decaro is a heart-centred life and parent coach, educator, motivational speaker, and writer, working with individuals, corporations and families around the globe to navigate life’s daily challenges.
While integrating education, consciousness, and coaching, Sue helps individuals to feel empowered, grow and thrive. Her passion is to help people deeply connect to themselves, to their children, and of course, to the world around them, creating a brighter future.
