Ep 54 – Feeding Picky Eaters with Jenny McGlothlin

Hey love,

As you may know, I started my career as a pediatric nutritionist.

The number one struggle parents approached me with was – PICKY EATING!

As a mom of a picky eater myself, I totally get it and know how tough, laboursome, difficult and just nerve-wracking it is to feed a child who struggles with food.

So hard to feel successful in your life and parenting and thrive while your child is struggling with food!

I get it.

If you struggle with feeding your child, whether you are raising a toddler or a teen who struggles with food, you are going to LOVE today’s podcast episode!

I am chatting with Jenny McGlothlin who is a certified speech-language pathologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of feeding disorders for children from birth through the teen years.

She is the co-author of one of my favorite books on this topic, called “Helping Your Child with Extreme Picky Eating: A Step-by-Step Guide for Overcoming Selective Eating, Food Aversion, and Feeding Disorders”.

Jenny had developed the STEPS+ feeding program (which is brilliant and has great results) and her mission is to help parents feed their kids with love and good sense.

I can’t wait for you to meet her!

Do you have questions about this episode (for me or Jenny)? Feel free to post it inside of our community on FB group, called Busy Moms Get Healthy. Jenny and I would love to engage with you and help you get through this developmental stage with as much ease, grace and flow as possible as well as with exact strategies and a clear action plan.

Enjoy listening!!

Sending you much love and healing,

Dorit
