Ep 58 – Do You Hate Cooking? Here’s What You Can Do To Change That

The road to better health is actually not long and can be easy.

But, there’s one roadblock that I hear my mom-clients complain about all the time.

COOKING!

How do you feel about cooking?

Do you enjoy cooking?

Do you feel like cooking is a waste of time?

Is this an activity you do easily or do you feel like it’s a hassle and instead you prefer to grab food from restaurants?

Do you have that knowing inside that cooking is an important skill but you never actually get yourself into the kitchen and do it?

Today on the podcast we are talking all about cooking and how to shift our mindset around from “I hate cooking”, or “cooking is a hassle” to “It is fun, it is pleasurable, it is sacred, it is an opportunity for connection”.

My guest, Rama Ginde, is a personal chef and a mama of three and she shared so many wonderful tips and tricks that I loved and I think you will too.

Rama Ginde’s Bio:

Hi, I am Rama! I’m the owner of WannaBee Chef, which provides private chef services and teaches kids and adult cooking classes in the Northern New Jersey area. I also have created a virtual cooking course called YOUR COOKING BEST FRIEND for busy parents who want to feed themselves and their family real food with cooking real ingredients. I have created recipes that are family friendly and made it easy with shortcuts, tips, and tricks!

I’m a mother of three beautiful children! I’m also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  I’m very proud of the business that I’ve built, but some of my most gratifying culinary experiences have come from cooking at home for my family.
