“In order for us to fully transition to adulthood and express our full human potential as women, wives, and mothers, we must first heal from our childhood wounds.”
- Do you suffer from anxiousness?
- Do you constantly ask yourself: “what’s wrong with me?”
- Do you struggle with finding your place in the world and express yourself fully?
Today on the show I am chatting with Jennifer Bronsnick, MSW, LCSW who is passionate about supporting moms to heal from burnout and families to be resilient. As a mother of three daughters under 9 and a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety, Jennifer knows exactly how challenging motherhood can be. She also knows that there is hope for all of us and with accurate information, support and inspiration that mothers and families can thrive.
Jennifer’s years of clinical experience as a social worker and her own personal journey gives her the unique ability to guide individuals on their path to health and wellness.
We are doing something a little bit different and also fun on the show today where Jennifer is reading my “human design” chart, which is totally cool and interesting! I highly encourage you to listen in and maybe even get your own chart done.
