How To Feel Amazing Naked with Amanda Walker (ep-87)

Today on the show I am chatting with Amanda Walker who is a health lifestyle coach and she empowers women to feel amazing naked. She is the creator of the Feel Amazing Naked Program and the Feel Amazing Naked Podcast and the blogger and mastermind behind,  Amanda’s mission is to help women create the life they want to live in body, mind, and soul.

Amanda uses a “WHOLE”istic approach to coaching and blends strategy, skill and mindset to help clients unearth the root causes of their struggles with food, body, and mind to help them lead their best life possible.  She is passionate about pushing clients to create more time in their life for healthy living and giving them tools to get out of their own way to overcome their limiting beliefs.
