Letter To My Girls [ep-96]

Hey mamas,

Today on the podcast I am reading a letter from a book called What I Told My Daughter – Lessons From Leaders On Raising The Next Generation Of Empowered Women.

This book was recommended to me by my client and really hit home with me.

As a mama of three girls and a daughter to a mother of three girls myself, the message of empowered womanhood and leadership resonates with me very much.

I believe that mothers are leaders as well as healers.

One of my highest goals is to raise my daughters to become more of who they are and teach them that femininity is a force of power, not weakness.

I believe that as mothers we can empower our daughters to become leaders in their own right without passing on the legacy of stress, burnout, and anxiety.

It is possible to create and help heal the world while feeling fulfilled, vibrant and alive yourself.

Speaking of which, I’d like to remind you that next week, Tuesday, March 19th, I will be hosting a webinar on healing from burnout, stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

Before we get to inspire our daughters, we have to practice these principles ourselves.

This webinar is a great start! Click here to join.

Wishing you a fabulous rest of the week!

Sending you much love & healing 😉

xoxo,

Dorit
