Hair Thickening Green Smoothie 


2 green apples

1 banana

2 tbsp gelatin powder

2 handfuls of spinach


Pour water into your blender (about one cup) and add 2 tbsp of gelatin powder. Let is stand for at least 5 minutes so that the gelatin thickens a bit. Add the spinach on top, apples and the banana. Blend everything until smooth and drink.

This is a great breakfast, especially if you are busy in the morning and don’t have time to eat. This will keep you full for at least two hours.

You should notice a difference with your hair after three months, sometimes even earlier, depending on your metabolism.
