How to make a healthy meal in 5 minutes and not starve 30 minutes later
Many moms complain they find it very challenging to eat a salad for lunch because a salad alone is not filling enough. After eating a salad, they find themselves hungry again half an hour later, craving a more heavy and filling meal. This feeling of not enjoying food to the fullest can lead to much worse habits such as craving sweets after a meal or eating large portions which are way beyond what your body needs.
