Easy and yummy filling, works great in crepes, burekas, quiches, pizzas, homemade pastry, etc
- 2 mushroom packages (champignon or portobello)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp coconut or olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- for dairy option: add yellow cheese of choice
In a wok put: 1 tsp oil and saute the onion until golden. drizzle a bit of water to avoid burning.
add in the mushrooms and stir until all liquid has evaporated completely. add salt and pepper and cheese if you’d like.
